Why I’ll Be Deep In Prayer Tonight

Today is a day that tests everyone's faith, whether or not we all know it.

You may accidentally fall into Satan's clutches the same way you might trip over a pile of socks...completely on accident and without even realizing it. Being a good person who does good deeds isn't good enough, according to my religion. Something as simple as being in a room where a morally ambiguous song is playing in the background is enough to plunge you into the fiery depths of hell!

So I have joined hands with the women in our congregation to create a prayer chain. I cannot wait to kneel down and praise Him for all of my blessings, before asking Him to protect humankind from evil. I also have to talk incessantly and publicly about how I am going to be praying, because otherwise, how will others know just how upstanding and wonderful I am? #ChristianMama!

But I'll have to wait until after I get home from Greg's workplace Halloween party. Don't worry-we are dressing up as Mary and Joseph.
